The secretarial and corporate assistance team of each ECOVIS STLex office has accumulated in-depth knowledge of the workings of the Public Administration bodies and of the procedures and software to be used for online communications to the Register of Companies and the Inland Revenue Department.

These activities, which are crucial to corporate obligations, include:

  1. organisation of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings with completion of all necessary formalities (notices of call, proxies, etc.) and attendance, where required, in the role of secretary and drafting of the relevant minutes (bilingual for clients of multinational groups);
  2. assistance with the issue of shares, bonds and similar securities;
  3. keeping and updating company books;
  4. domiciling of companies with secretarial functions;
  5. registration of minutes at the Registry Office;
  6. preparation of financial statements in “XBRL” format and subsequent electronic filing;
  7. completion of paperwork at the Register of Companies, Inland Revenue Departments, Chamber of Commerce and Social Security Departments;
