Milan
Spacious areas dedicated to reception and joint work with clients, ideal for closings and meetings with numerous participants, spread over a large area on a single floor, are the hallmarks of this prestigious office, the headquarter of our firm and the main seat of our legal activity. The more than 45 people working there, including professionals, specialists and staff, have gained considerable experience and affinity in teamwork, particularly for the financial sector, M&A transactions, international clients, innovative and high-tech companies.
Genoa
The historical office in Genoa in Piazza della Vittoria enjoys a beautiful view over the whole city from the meeting rooms on the 7th floor. Over 45 people work there to offer specialised services such as payroll, bonuses and benefits, international VAT consulting, transfer pricing in specialised sectors such as shipping, brokerage and insurance, chemicals, tourism, shipping and trade.
Turin
Between Porta Susa and Porta Nuova, the Turin office is staffed by 15 people and two local partnerships with Studio Motta and Studio Peretti. Specialisations range from the automotive to component sectors, from wine to IT, from high tech to M&A and advisory, and the outsourcing of administrative, accounting and payroll services.

ECOVIS STLex joins AHK Italia - Italian-German Chamber of Commerce, a historical institution that has been working since 1921 to foster ever closer ties between the Italian Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany by promoting institutional, commercial and economic relations.

The ECOVIS Network grows in Italy - We are in Rome
The development of ECOVIS Network's activities in Italy continues with the entry of the firm DMG & Partners in Rome, run by our colleague Maurizio Di Marcotullio. With this addition, ECOVIS extends its presence throughout the country, now also covering Central and Southern Italy from its base in Rome.

The new partners
ECOVIS STLex kicks off a process of enhancing the value of its associates by appointing eleven new Income Partners who have been working at the firm for many years and specialise in various fields. This brings the number of partners in the firm to twenty-three, divided between the three offices in Milan, Genoa and Turin, and active in the following sectors: Tax, Legal, Advisory, M&A, Corporate, Accounting and Payroll.

ECOVIS STLex relocates its Milan offices to the prestigious, ultra-modern headquarters in Via della Chiusa, bringing together and integrating all legal, tax, accounting and auditing expertise.

Partnership in legal consultancy in Milan
After years of knowledge, esteem and cooperation, ECOVIS STLex strengthens its skills and organisation by entering into a partnership with Studio de Castiglione, Zanchi e Associati: evolution and continuation of Studio Moro Visconti de Castiglione Guaineri e Associati, recognised as one of the most important law firms in the criminal sector and providing assistance to its clients, both Italian and foreign individuals and companies, in both the judicial and consulting sectors.

Partnership in Turin
ECOVIS STLex continues its growth both through internal lines and via alliances and partnerships with other specialised firms and professionals. The sharing of offices and the creation of a partnership were accomplished with Studio Motta / EDM in Turin.

The journey continues along international routes – Entry into ECOVIS®
The Firm becomes the exclusive partner for Italy of the ECOVIS® International network of professionals, tax and legal advisors and changes its name to ECOVIS STLex - Studio Legale Tributario. ECOVIS is a leading global consulting network originating in continental Europe. A combination of locally customised advice with the general expertise of an international, interdisciplinary network of professionals is what gives ECOVIS its strength.

Integrated consulting
After years of intense and profitable collaboration in the historical premises in Milan, in Via Santa Radegonda, the merger between STS and the ILALex law firm is finalised. The new multidisciplinary organisation updates its name to “STLex - Studio Legale Tributario”.

Territorial development continues in Turin
The firm opens a new office in Turin and strengthens its presence in the north-west of Italy.

The Firm sets sail for Milan
STS opens its first office in Milan: initially in Corso Europa and then, until 1999, in alliance with the firm of lawyers Lega Colucci Albertazzi (later merged into Freshfields) in Via dei Giardini.
