ECOVIS STLex offers social security representation services to foreign companies intending to hire Italian citizens to work in Italy or abroad, and takes care of contribution obligations in the name and on behalf of the company (processing of the LUL – single employment ledger, payment of contributions, submission of Uniemens – monthly employee documents, etc.).
The reference scenarios in which ECOVIS STLex operates mainly as a social security representative are:
- recruitment of employees in Italy by a company resident in an EU country without an office in Italy;
- recruitment of employees in Italy by a company resident in a non-EU country without a Two-way Agreement with Italy;
- recruitment of employees in Italy by a company resident in a non-EU country with a Two-way Agreement with Italy;
