ECOVIS STLex is organised to offer a complete service for the purchase, sale and transfer of shares in limited companies through private agreements with digital signatures. This activity enables the complete transfer of shares to be carried out quickly and easily and includes:
- the preparation of sales agreements for shares in limited companies,
- the fulfilment of obligations for the digital authentication of deeds of sale,
- the fulfilment of obligations relating to registration and filing with the competent Companies’ Register without the need for authentication by a notary or the preparation of public deeds.
