Organisation and management models (Legislative Decree 231/2001)

In the context of organisational management of a company oriented towards operational and business continuity and in the context of the protection of labour (in all its forms), the adoption of the management tools activated with respect to Legislative Decree 231 of 8 June 2001, n. 231 is increasingly central: the company’s management and organisation model makes it possible to proceduralise each of its activities, identifying specific fulfilments to minimise the risk of offences being committed.

The professionals at ECOVIS STLex provide assistance and advice with the preparation and implementation of organisation and management models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, acting as members of the Supervisory Body (SB) where required. Assistance is also offered to companies or members of their Supervisory Body in relation to model 231/2001, to pursue the activities required for the effective implementation of the Preventive Control System adopted by the Company. This consulting activity includes:

  • the development of ongoing activities (such as the dissemination of the Model internally and externally, reporting flows to the SB and from the SB to the Corporate Bodies, audit plan, scheduled training, proposals for the improvement and upgrading of the Organisational Model)
  • attendance of meetings convened to examine matters relating to the implementation of the 231 Preventive Control System adopted.
