Biography

High School diploma in bookkeeping with a focus on software programming and business management at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale di Genova, with a mark of 55/60. Qualification to practise as a Labour Consultant in March 2010. Professional accountancy course at Unoformat for in-depth study of payroll accounting. Lecturer at organisations for the training of professional figures in apprenticeships on corporate contracts.

Presentation

I have been working as a labour consultant at professional firms since 2010. My role as head of Human Resources management has always led me to manage a team of at least four people. I am currently in charge of a professional studio that operates the HR management service of multi-localised companies. I am a lecturer on contractual matters at a training organisation. I am responsible for management control in companies that carry out industrial activities in the naval sector (shipbuilding and ship repair). I actively participate in conventions set up by the Order of labour consultants for the achievement of compulsory and non-compulsory training credits. I manage the CAF (Fiscal Assistance) service.

Personal profiles and commitments

The constant change in labour law required my constant and assiduous commitment to the study of more cost-effective solutions for companies for the management of employees and other personnel. My passions are dance and theatre, activities that make my mind much more elastic and adaptable to change. I don’t like doing the same things all the time and perhaps because of the type of activity I do there is never a dull moment.
