I provide tax and corporate consulting services and assistance to national and multinational companies and groups operating in the commercial and industrial sectors, as well as extraordinary transactions. I joined ECOVIS STLex in 2005, after working for eight years at Italian law and tax firms. I graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1997 with a degree in Economics and Trade, Professional specialisation, from the University La Sapienza of Rome. I have been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 2003 and of the Register of Auditors since 2005.

I also handle extraordinary transactions, drafting expert opinions on company valuations and due diligence activities. I currently hold supervisory and control positions as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors in several medium-sized industrial and commercial companies.
