I graduated from Genoa University in 1983 summa cum laude and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985. After a brief experience at a bank, I founded the existing firm in July 1988 and maintain the role of founding partner to this day. I was a member of the Organismo Italiano di Contabilità for ten years, and of some study commissions of the Ordine Dottori Commercialisti (Order of Chartered Accountants) on various occasions. I have held positions as court expert and trainer for numerous bodies and institutions. I have been a statutory auditor since 1995.

My work mainly involves advising and assisting corporations, primarily members of multinational groups, and particularly in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations. I also deal with the analysis, drafting and control of financial statements, consolidated and separate, and reporting within groups of companies, often multinational. I am also statutory auditor and independent auditor of numerous corporations.

My role as a senior partner allows me to deal on a daily basis with the problems of companies of considerable complexity, while I am often the point of reference for young associates when it comes to answering questions and dealing with clients.
