I have gained significant professional experience in commercial, corporate and business law (contracts, corporate transactions and litigation) and insolvency proceedings, working with leading firms in Milan. In April 2007, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Law cum laude from the Università Cattolica of Milan.

I assist Italian and foreign (EU and non-EU) companies, providing legal advice on Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law. I deal particularly with Corporate Agreements, Corporate Transactions, Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Proceedings. I have acquired specific experience in the following areas: commercial agreements (particularly in the energy, industrial, market research, fashion and textile, engineering, real estate/hotel, food and beverage sectors); corporate and commercial litigation; negotiation and pre-litigation; assistance in bankruptcy proceedings and disputes; start-ups.

I am a mother of three children (constantly performing acrobatics in negotiation and problem-solving under tight deadlines). I am a founding member of the Cultural Association La Mangrovia and actively collaborate with the ASD L. Cadorna (operating within the ScuoleAperte network of the Municipality of Milan). Attention to others, appreciation of teamwork and the search for shared solutions that can bring benefits to all parties involved are elements that characterise and guide my work also in the professional sphere.
