I work mainly in the field of ordinary and extraordinary corporate taxation, providing tax and corporate consulting services to commercial, industrial and financial companies. I handle the drafting of annual and consolidated financial statements, the preparation of tax and national consolidation calculations, assistance and management in relation to the fulfilment of periodical and annual obligations, ordinary and extraordinary consultancy (mergers, demergers, contributions), as well as the drafting of expert reports.
