ECOVIS STLex, an integrated professional firm specialised in providing advice and services in the tax, legal, labour, financial, accounting, corporate, organisational and administrative fields, with offices in Milan, Genoa and Turin and exclusive licensee for Italy of the international ECOVIS® network, has launched a strategic new partnership with the professional firm ECOVIS DMG & Partners, with the aim of promoting the presence of the ECOVIS® network in Italy and developing new professional opportunities through the new office in Rome, by pooling their respective skills, knowledge and professionalism.
ECOVIS DMG & Partners Tax and Corporate Advisors is the result of the aggregation of experts in tax and corporate advisory services, and is presented to the market as a “boutique” capable of supporting clients with global and efficient assistance.
With the entry of the new firm in Rome, ECOVIS®, which operates with over 9,300 people in 90 countries, strengthens its presence in Italy by adding one new Partner and eight Associates to the over 100 resources of ECOVIS STLex (13 Equity Partners, 11 Income Partners, 37 professionals and 44 employees).
The alliance represents a further step in the strategic project of development and growth in the Italian market aimed at increasingly spreading the services and advice of the ECOVIS® network to Italian and international clients such as mid-market groups and companies, private equity funds and family estates.
Emilio Martinotti, Partner of ECOVIS STLex has declared: “our history has been characterised by constant growth in activities, skills and coverage of the territory, also thanks to merger, partnership and growth operations such as that with ECOVIS DMG & Partners, founded and led by our friend Maurizio Di Marcotullio. I am convinced that our growth strategy is consistent with the future of professional firms as they strengthen and structure themselves into interdisciplinary organisations in response to an increasingly complex and ever-changing regulatory environment, but also to cope with the digital transition that entails investment and specialisation, commitments that only a complex organisation can cope with.”
“The beginning of 2023 places us within an integrated project with professionalism and organisational structures of the highest level, also at international level. All this allows us to strengthen our range of professional services in the tax, corporate, legal and financial consultancy market, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, thanks to our integrated teams and structures. It’s certainly going to be quite a journey” added Maurizio Di Marcotullio, Founder of DMG & Partner.
